We integrate all the electronic components control units etc. into one,so that it results in easy wire connection, reduced parts and convenient assembly and disassembly. One frequency converter spurs on two motors so that main motor and overfeed motor can independently set the functions. it reaches the technological requirements of intercoordimation. The major setting functions are constant thread speed, variable thread so on. We solve the degradation winders and skeins for thread, and keep harmonious internal and external elasticity, flexiblity and density.

1.We usually implement collective drive control to oiling device. In special requirements, we need to add stepper motor rotating speed single-spindle control。
2.If large and constant tension is required, you can add tension control of electro-magnetic wired sheet。
3.A difference between starting voltage and finishing voltage can be set to fulfill tension decrement and constant tension.(by this time, you need to add electro-magnetic sheet tensioner power supply)。
4.The electro-magnetic wired sheet can automatically adjust voltage and fulfill constant tension according to the technological requirements。
